By accessing or using the Itinerary Builder system, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these provisions, you must terminate usage of our system immediately.

2. System Usage & Restrictions

You represent that all details uploaded (such as destination text, photos, custom tags, or company profiles) belong to your agency or have appropriate licensing rights. You may not upload malware, spam, or malicious spreadsheet attachments to our server.

3. Service Availability

While we aim to maintain 100% platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operational connectivity. Periodic server migrations, data backups, and updates may occur. Local storage fallbacks are provided to ensure offline resiliency.

4. Disclaimers

The platform and all generated PDFs are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any booking discrepancies, guide delays, or client misunderstandings resulting from brochures compiled using this planner tool.

5. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or adjust these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced on this page. Continued usage of the application post-modification signifies acceptance of the amended terms.
